We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on our chocolate workshop in Birmingham with Ray on 18th February. Learnt lots of things that we plan to share and use. Only downside was being paired with two people we didn't know and who we had to make polite conversation with. I bought this course as a Christmas present for my teenage daughter and I as quality bonding time together so would have preferred to work just with her. Also had to share the chocolate with these two people while a family of six worked with two bowls of chocolate and didn't need to share as much as they were all together. I would have preferred to have worked with half the chocolate and a bowl on our own.

I went to the workshop earlier this afternoon in birmingham and was absolutely fab. Had a really great time and it was really interesting, thanks for the experience x

Have been on the course today at Birmingham with Ray and his son. It was brilliant and am now awaiting details of the next level course. His teaching was excellent, he had time for everyone and answered everyone's questions in detail. I thoroughly recommend this course to anyone considering it and great value for money.

Bought this as something different to do - had a great time! Good fun making the chocolates, even better fun eating the chocolates. Claire was a great teacher and we learnt some good tips which we're going to try at home to try and impress our friends. Would definately recommend this to anyone thinking of trying it - age no problem.

My mum and I really enjoyed our chocolate workshop on the 4th febuary in Birmingham. It has taught us new skills which we have put into practice at home. Both Ray and his son were very helpful and enthusiastic. We would definately recommend going if you love chocolate. Thank you for the experience.
